School Experience Survey

Greetings Gondolier Family,

Please take a few minutes of your time to take the School Experience Survey at the appropriate link. It is very important that we hear from you as we need your input to continue to improve our school. The results of the surveys are also included in the School Report Card which is published every year. Students, you will need your 10-digit school ID to complete the survey. Parents, you should use the 10-digit number on the paper survey you were provided. Otherwise, use 8907 followed by your child's 6-digit birthdate.

There is a Homeroom contest for returning parent surveys. Those Homerooms with the highest return rate will get a donut party! Be sure to write your teacher's name on the outside of your envelope to get credit.

Gondo Pride!
