Welcome!

I am a Resource Specialist Teacher in the Special Education Department at Venice High School.  My Learning Center is located in Room 110 in the East Building.  You can reach me through school email or through the Special Education office at 310-577-4318.

I received my Master's degree in Special Education from Loyola Marymount University in 2011, a program which included student teaching at Venice High School.  I loved my time here and working with the Venice High School community, so I was thrilled to become a full-time member of the faculty in January of 2013.

In addition to teaching, I have been continuing my education through a variety of programs.  In 2014, I completed the Project Optimal Added Autism Authorization certification program.  Through UCLA Extension, I completed the Education Specialist Induction/Clear Credential program in 2016 and I am currently taking classes through the University of San Diego Professional and Continuing Education department.
