    Spring Tour Dates

    Thank you for your interest in our programs!

    We have two magnets: Science, Technology, Engineering, Math & Medicine (STEMM) and World Languages and Global Studies; three neighborhood school academies: Media Arts & Technology, the Academy of Law and Public Service (ALPS) and Sports Medicine.

    New in the 2019/2020 school year, the Dual Language/Language Immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish are coming to Venice. Seeing is believing so come meet our students, teachers, and parents and take a look at our changing campus!

    There are two lots to park in: the new lot on Venice Blvd on the eastern end of the campus (where the softball field used to be for those of you already familiar with our school) on in the student lot behind the pool near the intersection of Walgrove Avenue and Zanja Street. (See map) After you’ve parked, please come to the main Administration Building (behind the flagpole and the statue), sign in in the Main O􀆍ce and you will be directed to the Media Arts and Technology Building where the tours will begin.

    About Venice High School

    Our Mission

    Venice High School provides a learning environment in which students become creative problem solvers and responsible citizens. Collaboration between school and community ensure cross-curricular experiences. Students receive not only a rigorous instructional program but important life skills. Students develop visual, written, and verbal communication skills to evaluate and present information effectively. Venice High School provides extracurricular activities and other programs to address its students’ social and emotional needs.
